Job Title: Systems Analyst
Location: St Austin, Texas (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure the infrastructure for the data integration hub.
- Design, develop, and implement the data integration hub using agile methodology for all standard SDLC phases, including:
- Validation of performance metric requirements.
- Creation of Epics, User Stories, and Tasks.
- Automation of data acquisition from various data sources.
- Development of complex SQL scripts.
- Testing, including integration, load, and stress tests.
- Deployment and publication internally and externally.
- Operations support and enhancement of the data integration hub.
Key Responsibilities as an Agile Development Team Member:
- Demonstrate a strong overall understanding of Snowflake architecture and its components.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake objects such as Databases, Procedures, Tasks, and Streams.
- Expertise in using Snowflake's cloning capabilities for databases and schemas.
- Proven experience in managing Snowflake Warehouses and optimizing performance for efficient query execution.
- Proficiency in Snowflake RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), including implementation of roles and privileges.
- Experience with integrating Snowflake SSO (Single Sign-On) and SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) for secure access and identity management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control for managing Snowflake code deployments.
- Experience working with data integration tools like Informatica and Azure Data Factory (ADF) for seamless ETL/ELT processes.
- Ability to automate administrative tasks using Snowflake SQL and scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting.
- Expertise in monitoring and troubleshooting Snowflake environments, including usage tracking and query profiling.
- Strong understanding of Snowflake's security features such as data masking, encryption, and network policies.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

- Technical writing and diagramming skills, including proficiency with modeling and mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Erwin), and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project).
- Experience on an agile sprint team.
- Experience with JIRA software.
- Experience working with multiple teams concurrently, with the ability to prioritize and complete work on time with high quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to write well-designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices.
- Understanding of security principles and how they apply to healthcare data.
- Experience with state-of-the-art software components for a performance metrics data visualization or business intelligence environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize conflicting assignments, and switch quickly between assignments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry.
- Prior experience with an HHS agency.
- Prior experience working with PII or PHI data.
- Prior experience working with HL7 data.
- Prior experience with Azure.
