Job Description
DAY TO DAY
  • Install, troubleshoot, and commission robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
  • Lead on-site deployment teams (1-5 engineers).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (installers, engineers, IT, etc.).
  • Solve real-time problems and drive process improvements.
  • Develop technical documentation and modify processes.
  • Manage project KPIs (on-time, cost, quality, safety).
  • Collect and report data for decision-making.
  • Travel extensively (75%) within the US.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Engineering BS degree (STEM).
  • 3+ years with mechanical, electrical, IT, or software systems.
  • 2+ years with technical drawings/CAD models in field settings.
  • 1+ year troubleshooting complex systems.
  • 1+ year using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and office software.
  • Expertise in robotics and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and schedules.
  • Valid US driver's license.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Networking fundamentals knowledge.
  • Experience with high-travel roles.
  • Data-driven decision-making experience.
  • LEAN/Six Sigma familiarity.
  • Independent initiative.
