MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer to join our team in Linthicum, MD. This role supports Agency modernization efforts that necessitate transitioning from and outdated NIST control catalog, consolidating capabilities from disparate systems and applications to a more centralized and supported suite of Capabilities (ServiceNow), and updating existing policies, processes, and procedures.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Review and analyze Authorization Services processes, procedures, practices and technical solutions.Coordinate with government representatives to identify requirements, constraints, schedules and workloads.Provide recommendations to modernize authorization services policies, procedures, practices, and solutions.Produce and maintain documentation in support of life-cycle hardware maintenance and related processesDraft technical solutions to enhance, modernize, and improve all IT infrastructure services with Government approvalsEvaluate applications for requirements, capabilities, languages, and other characteristics to prepare for migration of systemsProvide collaboration and information sharing tools, repositories to enable outreach, training, and awareness of client activities to ensure that products are made available to all stakeholdersConduct analysis and develop processes and share deliverables to enhance mission stakeholder knowledgeMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with (12) years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with (15) years of relevant experience OR High School/GED with (20) years of relevant experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is requiredExperience with implementation of ServiceNowDemonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance OR Integrated Risk ManagementExperience with developing and maintaining Reports/Dashboards supporting a customerPreferred Qualifications:Certified System Administrator Certification from ServiceNowCertified Implementation Specialist in Integrated Risk Management OR Governance, Risk and ComplianceClearance Requirements:US Citizenship required and an active TS/SCI with PolygraphPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentationsMust be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
