**Boeing’s Phantom Works** Missile Defense National Teams are hiring **Systems Engineers** to work **Colorado Springs****, CO** at the intersection of **mission outcomes, architecture, analysis, integration, and test.*** Systems Architecture, Requirements and Interfaces* Systems Integration, Verification, & Validation* Modeling and Simulation* Define and evolve the MDA/C2BMC system architecture* Develop and maintain requirements and architecture artifacts (including interface definitions) to support missile defense capabilities* Run and support architecture and requirements trade studies to recommend options that improve mission performance, cost/schedule, and technical feasibility* Own and improve the requirements management engine: planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring of requirements processes and tools (including traceability, change control, and quality)* Lead program-level risks/issues/opportunities tracking and technology readiness assessments as they relate to architecture and requirements decisions* Collaborate frequently with MDA, warfighters, and industry partners to align requirements, interfaces, and system priorities* Lead cross-functional teams in developing products and interacting with government customers* Plan and execute integration and checkout work – define tasks, schedule them, assign work, monitor completion, and keep the integration plan moving* Evaluate results from integration/checkout activities and determine whether they meet checkout requirements so the team can proceed to the next stage* Define and drive the overall integration and test (I&T) strategy (processes, tools, and metrics) to ensure we verify requirements effectively and consistently* Execute and document integration and test events, including capturing results, issues, and evidence needed for verification* Partner with integration/test SMEs to solve complex system problems spanning process, tools, regulations, and system-specific issues* Identify and implement tool/process improvements that reduce friction and increase throughput (automation, reporting, repeatable workflows).* Lead cross-functional teams in developing products and interacting with government customers* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement* 12 or more years' related engineering experience.* Prior experience in system engineering (e.g. Systems, Design, Architecture, Integration, Requirements or Test).* Leadership experience to include but not limited to engineering leadership roles and/or leading work and driving teams to success.* **Level 6:** 18 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience* **Systems Architecture, Requirements, and Interfaces** + Experience with missile-defense mission context, especially command & control, battle management, and communications. + Requirements analysis & verification experience. + Requirements and architecture development for complex systems/system-of-systems experience. + Experience using MBSE / requirements tools such as Cameo, DOORS, or similar. + Experience leading architecture / requirements trade studies.* **Systems Integration, Verification, & Validation** + Experience supporting/driving integration and test, including executing and documenting test events. + Experience developing/tailoring I&T processes, tools, and metrics. + Experience evaluating results against requirements (verification evidence/artifacts). + Experience working across multiple stakeholders/teams, especially MDA-like environments. + Scripting/programming for test/tool support (Python, MATLAB, Java, or similar).* **Modeling and Simulation** + Experience performing system/performance analysis or trade studies (e.g., operational/feasibility analysis, MOEs/TPMs). + Experience developing/using modeling and simulation tools to predict performance. + Experience with modeling missile-defense or related engagement domains. + Scripting/programming for analysis tools (Python, MATLAB, Java, or similar). + Ability to communicate results clearly to support decisions with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
