Visit & to read more about who we are and the products we make! About This Role Howe & Howe Inc. is seeking a talented systems engineer to join our team. As a systems engineer you will perform a variety of assignments including detailed design, engineering analysis and system integration design. A strong candidate will possess a broad knowledge base in multiple engineering disciplines and be able to operate in a fast‑paced R&D environment. Responsibilities Support full‑life cycle engineering design and development activities Lead and/or requirements analysis, systems modeling, trade studies, requirements derivation, design review support, integration planning, test, verification, risk management and engineering analysis tasks. Develop imaginative, thorough, practicable technical solutions to a wide range of difficult engineering problems. Serve as a resource to others within the work group, department and the organization. Conduct liaison activities with sub‑contractors and external manufacturers as well as internal and external customers at all levels. Drive tasks to completion independently Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, computer or systems engineering) with two years or more related work experience Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills including preparation of design documentation. Ability to work accurately and effectively against deadlines and time constraints. Effective presentation skills. Familiarity with Cameo/MagicDraw preferred Basic understanding of vehicle systems is required Eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
