What You'll Do
As our Integration & Test Engineer, you'll work across multiple teams to ensure our systems meet rigorous quality and performance standards. Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead development and execution of test plans that validate system requirements, with a focus on hardware-software integration
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks for motor control and sensor systems, using Python and embedded systems
- Create clear, comprehensive documentation for test procedures and results that can scale with our growing deployment needs
- Drive system validation and debugging efforts during hardware bring-up and development
- Collaborate across teams to ensure requirements are met and testing methodologies continuously improve
Ideal Qualities
- 2-3 years of experience in test engineering with a background in electrical engineering or similar technical field
- Proven experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters) and hardware-in-the-loop testing using embedded systems
- Strong programming skills in Python for test automation and experience with motor control systems
- Excellent documentation abilities and attention to detail in testing procedures
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and technical communication
Bonus Points:
- Experience with automated test development in manufacturing environments
- Background in industrial automation or real-time control systems
- Familiarity with textile manufacturing or quality assurance

The salary range for this role is 122,000 - $139,000 USD annually, plus equity benchmarked at 75th percentile.
