REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Network experience, and general knowledge of routers, switches, and wireless access points
• Hardware experience, familiarity with routers, switches, and experience with mobile computers is a plus
• Basic programming skills
• Proficient in Excel, good data analysis skills
• Completed understanding and wide application knowledge of technical principles, theories, and concepts.
• Ability to analyze, enhance, install, test, and modify enterprise-wide operating systems for both new and existing systems
• Develop requirements, workflow, and systems analysis
• Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities
• Establishes standards for the development and maintenance of new and existing products.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Engineering degree

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree preferred
