Job Summary We are seeking a Systems Software Engineer – HVAC for a direct hire opportunity in Kent, WA. This on‑site role supports the development, integration, and optimization of HVAC controls, building automation systems, and software‑driven mechanical system solutions for commercial and industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and support software used in HVAC controls and building automation systems. Work with control system architecture, including field devices, controllers, supervisory platforms, and networked building systems. Program, troubleshoot, and optimize systems for temperature control, ventilation, energy management, and overall system performance. Collaborate with project engineers, field technicians, and service teams to implement, test, and validate system solutions. Support integration of third‑party systems and communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, or similar platforms. Maintain documentation for system logic, software configurations, updates, testing results, and commissioning support. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $70,000 to $105,000 per year.
