Job Summary Senior Systems Technical Analyst

- Serve as key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical and integration requirements.
- Analyze, document, and support integrations between applications, systems, and platforms, focusing on data movement, orchestration, and workflow execution.
- Define and document functional and technical requirements, including integration specifications, data mappings, and interface designs.
- Support and document multiple integration patterns: API-based, batch/file, direct database, and middleware interfaces.
- Act as an analyst within the Business Process Management (BPM) ecosystem, supporting workflow design, process modeling, and system interactions.
- Develop an understanding of orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) for scheduling, monitoring, and error handling.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs.
- Work with development and QA teams to support integration testing, validate data flows, and confirm outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of integration and data issues across environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including methodology documents, workflows, and issue logs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis and delivery practices.
- Leverage strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Utilize standard documentation and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira).
- Adapt quickly to new platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.
- Preferred: Exposure to MDM platforms and BPM tools/systems.
- Experience within financial services, private banking, or investment management is advantageous.
