Job Summary (List Format): Senior Systems Technical Analyst Integrations

- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical and integration requirements.
- Analyze, document, and support integrations between applications, systems, and platforms with a focus on data movement, orchestration, and workflow execution.
- Define and document functional and technical requirements, including integration specifications, data mappings, and interface designs.
- Document and support various integration patterns such as API-based, batch/file-based, database-driven, and middleware-based interfaces.
- Act as an analyst within the Business Process Management (BPM) ecosystem, supporting workflow design and process modeling.
- Develop a working understanding of orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) for scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, and error handling.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs.
- Partner with developers and QA teams to support integration testing, validate data flows, and ensure expected outcomes.
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for integration and data issues in lower and production environments.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation including methodologies, workflows, and issue logs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis and delivery practices.
- Requires 7+ years of experience as a Systems/Technical Analyst, preferably in financial services, private banking, or investment management.
- Must have strong experience analyzing and documenting system integrations and end-to-end data flows.
- Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with APIs, file-based integrations, relational databases, and SQL.
- Experience working in iterative or Agile development environments and supporting integration and testing processes.
- Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with standard documentation and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, qTest).
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Preferred: Experience with SEI platforms (e.g., SEI SWP Accounting), BPM tools, and orchestration/scheduling tools such as Airflow.
