Job Summary (List Format) Senior Systems Technical Analyst

- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical and integration requirements.
- Analyze, document, and support integrations across applications, systems, and platforms, focusing on data movement and workflow execution.
- Define and document functional and technical requirements, including detailed integration specifications, data mappings, and interface designs.
- Support and document multiple integration patterns, such as API-based, batch/file loader, database-driven, and middleware-based interfaces.
- Serve as an analyst within the Business Process Management (BPM) ecosystem, supporting workflow design, process modeling, and system interactions.
- Develop understanding of orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) for scheduling, monitoring, and error handling of workflows.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver actionable technical designs to development teams.
- Partner with developers and QA teams to support integration testing, validate data flows, and confirm expected outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and analyze integration and data issues in both lower and production environments.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including methodologies, workflows, and issue logs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis and delivery practices within the team.
- Utilize strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Apply proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, and qTest.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new platforms, tools, and technologies as needed.
- (Preferred) Experience with SEI platforms (SEI SWP Accounting), BPM tools, and orchestration/scheduling tools like Airflow.
