Summary:
-
Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot T-7 aircraft systems, including communication, navigation, instrument, mechanical, and electrical components.
-
Use technical orders, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose and repair issues at the component level.

Operate ground support equipment and perform maintenance on assigned aircraft.
-
Remove and reinstall aircraft panels (excluding those requiring Command and Response) to conduct maintenance.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and tool control standards.

Record all maintenance actions accurately in manual and electronic systems per USAF and company policies.

Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to less experienced technicians.

Support scheduled inspections, maintenance activities, and flight test operations.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
Active Secret Clearance required to start.
-
High School diploma or GED and 4+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate's degree + 2 years related work).

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
-
5 7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
-
Demonstrated experience leading or supervising maintenance activities.
-
Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
-
Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
-
Familiarity with electronic and electrical systems, schematics, and circuits.
-
Experience troubleshooting to the component level.
-
Preferred experience with Development or Flight Test Programs.

Experience with DoD systems such as AFTO 781 forms and IMDS preferred.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with U.S. government personnel is a plus.

Must comply with all company information systems security policies and procedures.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
-
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
-
Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and under equipment as required.
-
Exposure to electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, loud noises, and extreme temperatures.

Domestic and international travel may be required.
