Job Title: Tableau Developer

We are seeking a Tableau Developer who is experienced working with business stakeholders and has the ability to quickly understand the business, translate requirements, and deliver impactful Tableau dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate onsite with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and refine reporting and analytics requirements
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations
Translate business questions into clear, actionable data insights
Iterate on dashboards based on frequent stakeholder feedback
Learn internal business processes, data sources, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across all reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications
Strong, hands-on experience developing in Tableau
Proven ability to work directly with non-technical business stakeholders
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work fully onsite (5 days per week)
Ability to ramp up quickly and adapt within a new business environment
