Job Description:

6 ~8 years of experience. Very strong knowledge of Tableau architecture in Linux environment.

Must have Linux experience in managing tableau.

Build reports Medium to Complex in Tableau desktop using different types of data sources.

Must have working knowledge of different types of charts, tables, filters, details, functions, blending, Hyperlink LODs etc.

Performance tuning Monitoring. Should be good in communication Written & Verbal... Good to Have Skills- Industry Strategy Strong working knowledge of Tableau administration.

Worked on large scale data.

Ability to interact with business users and understand their requirements Good understanding of star schema and data models in the existing data warehouse.

Write Complex SQL queries on multiple tables using complex joins to perform end to end Data validationMinimum Qualifications Create/Modify/Manage server task schedules.

Should have good knowledge on Monitoring server activity/usage statistics to identify possible performance issues.

Good knowledge about Tableau Admin, security, Data Access Server Row Level Security.

I should have good knowledge on Tableau Metadata tables and SQL.

Familiarity with Licensing - Types Viewer; Interactor; Guest.

Create, Assign Align Roles.

(1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies

(2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases

(3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.

(4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.

(5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management

(6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
