As a Tactical Subject Matter Expert, you’ll bring your extensive experience in elite‑level instruction, mission planning, and operational integration for our airpower account. You’ll provide advanced operational and intelligence expertise to develop realistic, threat‑aligned mission scenarios across digital, live, virtual, and constructive environments. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and translate real‑world mission understanding into technical modeling, simulation, analytics, and training system development. Join us. The world can’t wait. You Have: 8+ years of experience in tactical operations, mission planning, or advanced instruction at elite tactical levels. Experience applying tactical, operational, and intelligence expertise to develop realistic multi‑domain mission scenarios. Experience with modeling and simulation, scenario development, digital environments, or LVC integrated systems. Knowledge of distributed operations, multi‑domain threats, adversary systems, and intelligence processes. Ability to convert operational and intelligence considerations into technical requirements. TS / SCI clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Nice If You Have: Experience supporting test events, rehearsals, and experimentation with operational and intelligence subject‑matter expertise. Experience collaborating with engineers, analysts, and developers to ensure training and test systems reflect real‑world operational and intelligence workflows. Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and analytic methods that enhance threat modeling, scenario realism, and integration workflows. Ability to translate intelligence and operational requirements into modeling and simulation constructs, threat behaviors, and scenario logic. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary Range The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
