Key responsibilities include:### **Talent Acquisition Essential Functions*** Serve as the **subject matter expert** for Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance standards.* Recommend and implement **best‑practice design** across Workday HCM and TA modules; maintain configurations and system setup.* Design, maintain, and optimize **Workday business processes** with a focus on data protection, regulatory compliance, and performance.* Demonstrate **deep, hands‑on expertise** across all Workday TA business processes—from Candidate Engagement through Hire.* Partner closely with HR, IT, TA leaders, and cross‑functional teams to **gather requirements, design enhancements, and drive continuous improvement**.* Configure, test, validate, and deploy Workday solutions with precision, scalability, and user experience in mind.* Troubleshoot issues, conduct **root‑cause analysis**, and deliver corrective actions or system enhancements.* Document configurations, business processes, and standards for **training, communication, and audit readiness**.* Provide guidance, support, and training to HR, TA teams, and HR Technology colleagues.* Participate in **Workday projects**, including module implementations, optimization initiatives, and release cycle updates.* Operate independently in a **fast‑paced, evolving environment**, adapting to shifting priorities.* Maintain expertise in Workday release cycles, adopting new features and functionality where impactful.* Demonstrate strong **analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills** to advance TA performance and efficiency.**What You Bring:****Education/Experience**Minimum Required:* Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or Business* Five years of relevant experience* Three years experience configuring and supporting WorkdayPreferred:* Masters Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or Business## **How You’ll Grow**Your development matters to us.
