You'll identify and onboard top-tier tech talent from leading US companies to join our platform as mentors, driving our community's growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of conversion to full-time based on performance.Responsibilities:Hunt for Talent: Leverage your 5-8 years of tech recruitment experience to source and engage elite candidates from tier-1 tech firms. Sell the Dream: Use your stellar communication skills to attract and persuade top professionals to join us as mentors. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from first contact to on boarding. Tech Savvy: Utilize your knowledge of ML/AI and data science to identify the best candidates and stay ahead of industry trends.
