About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end hiring processes across multiple functions. This role requires strong sourcing skills, attention to detail in candidate evaluation, and the ability to deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience. You’ll work closely with the TA team and hiring managers to ensure timely closures while learning and growing in advanced recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Outreach – Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms to identify and engage relevant candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting – Conduct initial assessments based on skills, communication, and role fit.
Interview Coordination – Manage scheduling, candidate communication, and ensure a smooth interview process.
Offer Follow-ups – Support salary discussions, roll out offers, and handle candidate queries with guidance from senior team members.
Database Management – Maintain candidate records in ATS/Excel trackers and keep pipelines updated.
Reporting Support – Assist in preparing basic recruitment reports like TAT, pipeline status, and source mix.
RequirementsGood communication skills and ability to engage with candidates professionally.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Eagerness to learn recruitment metrics, negotiation, and advanced sourcing techniques.
