Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Lead at Augmentjobs, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will lead a team of recruiters and work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless hiring process. Your role will be crucial in shaping the future workforce of the company by sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates who align with Augmentjobs' values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs. Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies as needed to remain competitive.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on candidate selection.

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate tracking and recruitment metrics.

  • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, and uphold company policies and procedures.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a recruitment team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Networking: Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex recruitment challenges and provide effective solutions.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
