Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner - Global E-Commerce

Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Global E-Commerce at Augmentjobs, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent for our rapidly growing e-commerce division. You will partner with global business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop workforce plans, and create effective talent acquisition strategies for global e-commerce roles.

  • Recruitment Execution: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for e-commerce positions across various markets.

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to build a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Employer Branding: Promote Augmentjobs' employer brand through effective storytelling and engagement strategies, enhancing our attractiveness as an employer in the global e-commerce space.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Implement and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a diverse talent pool.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external recruitment agencies to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on global e-commerce or related industries.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in HR are a plus.

  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes and hiring for a variety of e-commerce roles.

  • Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to source and attract top talent using innovative methods and tools.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve recruitment practices.

  • Cultural Awareness: Experience working in a global or multi-national environment with an understanding of cultural nuances and international hiring practices.

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges proactively and find creative solutions.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
