Job Description:

Augmentjobs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner - R&D to join our team. This role is pivotal in sourcing and securing top talent for our Research and Development division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the R&D landscape and proven experience in talent acquisition within this specialized field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for R&D positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with R&D leaders and other internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals and team needs. Provide expert advice and guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations.

  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for R&D roles. Utilize behavioral and technical interviewing techniques to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
