We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth, fast-paced organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract and hire top talent across technical, operational, and leadership roles.The Recruiter will play a key role in supporting company growth, acquisitions, and ongoing workforce needs, while helping build strong internal recruiting capabilities and reducing reliance on external agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for field, technical, operational, and leadership rolesRecruit for positions including HVAC Technicians, Electricians, Low Voltage Controls Technicians, Project Managers, Operations Managers, and support rolesPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring prioritiesDevelop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, trade networks, and direct outreachScreen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process from start to finishMaintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure hiring complianceWrite and post job descriptions and recruitment marketing contentBuild talent pipelines for hard-to-fill skilled trade and leadership rolesSupport hiring initiatives tied to company growth and acquisitionsPromote a positive candidate experience and employer brandPartner with HR on onboarding, workforce planning, and retention initiativesQualifications3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceExperience recruiting for skilled trades, technical roles, or project-based environments preferredProven ability to source hard-to-find talent (HVAC, electrical, controls, project management)Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skillsExperience using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boardsAbility to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environmentExperience in construction, HVAC, manufacturing, industrial services, or technical recruiting is a plusCore CompetenciesStrong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidatesExcellent organization and time managementData-driven decision makingProcess improvement mindsetHigh attention to detail and follow-throughWork EnvironmentHybrid role based in South FloridaCombination of onsite collaboration and remote work
