Talent Acquisition Specialist- North America

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for North America, you will support internal hiring managers through partnerships with HRBPs/Senior Leadership, full-cycle recruitment, and sourcing strategies. This role is an HR function that is based in the Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Source applicants through Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Networking, and other Job Boards
  • Partner with hiring managers and marketing to create job descriptions.
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their resumes. portfolios, and references
  • Build a strong pipeline for each business unit
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
  • Conducts cold and warm calls to passive candidates to present opportunities for critical, difficult, and visible positions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices and trends in talent acquisition. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams.

What we need from you:

  • 2+ years of corporate recruitment experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in related field preferred (not required)
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems, HR Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite, etc..
  • Experience recruiting for Sales and Recruiting individuals.
  • Clear written and verbal communication
