Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.

Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruitment, and networking.

Interviewing Skills: Strong interviewing and assessment skills with the ability to identify top talent.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and platforms.
