Job Description:

Augmentjobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and ensure that the company attracts the best candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

  • Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential candidates.

  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.

  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and company guidelines, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) standards.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and report on hiring progress to stakeholders.

  • Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent by promoting the company's culture and values.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.

  • Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruitment, and networking.

  • Interviewing Skills: Strong interviewing and assessment skills with the ability to identify top talent.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and platforms.

  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in managing candidate information and recruitment processes.
