Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Experience: Minimum 5 Years

• Working days: Monday to Saturday (Work from office)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization. They will develop and execute recruitment strategies to support our hiring needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will proactively source candidates through a variety of channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet their staffing needs.

• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other creative methods.

• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.

• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a seamless candidate experience and positive employer brand.

• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

• Continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience through innovation and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Proven ability to source and attract top talent through multiple channels.

• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience analyzing data to improve results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
