Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for E-commerce at Augmentjobs, you will be instrumental in driving the recruitment strategy for our growing e-commerce division. You will identify, attract, and engage top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our business. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and utilizing various sourcing techniques to find the best candidates for positions in the e-commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the e-commerce field. Tailor approaches to fit various roles, including but not limited to digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and technology.

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and company culture. Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. Provide guidance on hiring best practices and market trends.

  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Use data to refine and improve recruitment strategies.

  • Employer Branding: Promote Augmentjobs as an employer of choice within the e-commerce industry. Participate in employer branding activities and initiatives to enhance the company's reputation.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment processes and candidate information.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on e-commerce or related fields.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends, job roles, and required skill sets. Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and technologies is a plus.

  • Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools. Ability to creatively find and engage passive candidates.

  • Interviewing Skills: Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively and make sound hiring decisions.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve recruitment strategies.

  • Technology: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Knowledge of e-commerce tools and platforms is advantageous.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence stakeholders.
