We are a clinician-owned and operated ABA therapy company dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to children and families across Pennsylvania, Georgia, and New Jersey . As a growing organization, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist based at our Narberth, PA headquarters to support recruitment efforts and help build a team of passionate professionals. Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage recruitment for clinical roles across multiple states. This role is key to our continued growth and success and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company while enjoying a flexible hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and execute strategic recruitment plans Develop, post, and manage job listings across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles including BCBAs and RBTs Coordinate interview schedules with internal stakeholders Maintain organized candidate data within our applicant tracking system Build and nurture pipelines for current and future hiring needs Assist with offer letters and new hire onboarding coordination Attend and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events Qualifications 1+ year of talent acquisition or recruitment experience (healthcare or ABA experience preferred) Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment Proficient with ATS platforms and online recruiting tools Experience recruiting across multiple states is preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred) Location This position is based at our main office in Narberth, PA , with flexibility for remote work part of the week.
