What Youll Do

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be supporting recruiting functions within our Corporate, Entertainment, and Lifestyle org. Youll support and help build the Talent Acquisition strategy for Authentic Campus Program. Youll serve as a talent advisor for hiring managers and will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for internal and external candidates. Youll be charged with identifying talented individuals to drive the business forward. Youll execute creative sourcing strategies to engage best-in-class talentthroughmultiple channels. Youll provide an exceptional candidate experience while serving as a subject matter expert to candidates and internal partners alike. Youll manage all campus recruiting and experience for the Internship programs, in addition to owning a requisition workload.

What Youll Be Working On

  • Work closely with VP , Talent Acquisition on developing campus recruiting strategy, school outreach, and effectively executing plan
  • Oversee the campus recruiting activities including events, career fairs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with, hiring managers, interviewers, key universities
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for positions globally including sourcing prospective candidates, screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Oversee candidate and interview experience from candidate communications, debriefing with interviewers, offer and onboarding candidates
  • Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc.
  • Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers for interviews; collecting feedback regarding quality of candidates and final hiring decisions; facilitating the offer process and offer negotiations; and communicating candidate decision to hiring managers, People Partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the Authentic interview processes

Must Haves

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years' experience in recruiting, sourcing, and human resources preferably in Fashion Lifestyle, and Entertainment
  • Ability to understand business objectives and culture and translate these to hiring requirements
  • Must be agile and be able to adjust a search as business requirements change
  • Must be exceptionally detail-oriented and organized and fast-paced
  • Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Must have experience with ATS recruiting software preferably Greenhouse and Handshake

Primary Location Salary Range:

$80,000 - $90,000
