We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in Portugal to support the recruiting activities across Europe, the USA, and other countries.Responsibilities:Manage and actively participate in end-to-end recruitment processes across various departmentsCreate job descriptions for different positions Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop strategies for current and upcoming recruitment initiatives. Support and coordinate interview scheduling across departments and with Delivery ManagersFollow up on the external search process and handle approval tasks, participating in the offer process Perform day-to-day tasks using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing methodsAssist with pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hiresCollaborate with team members in HR and other departmentsComplete reporting tasks as requested by management What we expect:A background in IT/tech recruitment, along with knowledge and understanding of the IT labour markets in Europe, the USAGlobal recruitment experience is an advantage2 + years of relevant experience managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring processesExperience collaborating with a diverse range of hiring managers LinkedIn proficiency, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing toolsProficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher.
