Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic team at Digital Dynamics Inc. in Scotts Valley, California. This contract position is crucial for supporting full-cycle recruiting across technical, operations, and corporate roles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage defined requisitions end-to-end and collaborate closely with HR and senior recruiting leadership on complex or critical searches. This visible, candidate-facing role demands strong organization, professionalism, and consistent follow-through. Responsibilities Execute full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions. Participate in intake discussions to clarify role requirements and success profiles. Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach. Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments. Manage candidate pipelines and ongoing communications. Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process. Conduct and document reference checks. Support offer preparation and candidate closing efforts. Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation. Serve as a professional first point of contact for candidates. Greet and host onsite interview candidates. Ensure interview schedules, rooms, and logistics are prepared and executed smoothly. Deliver timely follow-up and a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. Draft and post job openings across relevant platforms. Maintain job postings within the ATS (Paycom). Support recruiting-related social media and employer branding efforts. Communicate DDI's culture, values, and employee-owner mindset to candidates. Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and sourcing effectiveness. Ensure recruiting processes align with company standards and compliance requirements. Qualifications 3-5 years of recruiting experience. Experience supporting technical, operations, and/or corporate recruiting. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Strong candidate-facing communication and professionalism. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Experience using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Paycom, or similar). Required Work Hours Monday through Friday, 1st shift Benefits This role offers a competitive pay range of $35 to $45 per hour, providing an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the recruitment field.
