Position Overview: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for PGS. This role will work closely with hiring managers and operations partners to understand staffing needs, develop pipelines, and ensure a top-notch candidate experience. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes, applications, and licensure to assess initial fit.
- Conduct phone screens with candidates as the first step in the interview process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring manager.
- Prepare and extend offers of employment for selected candidates.
- Provide a strong candidate experience throughout the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including but not limited to job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future job opportunities.
- Proficiently utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to recruiting.
- Maintain a high level of integrity to ensure a fair and inclusive hiring process.
- Introduce new creative ideas to encourage growth for the team.
- Occasional travel for recruiting related events may be required.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Recruiting experience. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaborate with diverse, cross functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data related to recruiting.
Typical Physical Demands
This position requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, computer, and other office equipment is also required. Must have normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
