Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Strategist at Augmentjobs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, optimizing hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the hiring needs of various departments within Augmentjobs.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, and industry connections, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront of all talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.

  • Candidate Experience: Manage the candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional process.

  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide guidance on market trends, and offer innovative solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Required Skills:
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies across various levels of an organization.

  • Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates using innovative methods.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and influence stakeholders.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

  • Employer Branding: Experience in employer branding and promoting an organization as an employer of choice.

  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
