The Talent and Learning Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of the regional Talent strategy in Latin America (includes but not limited to: Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, and Trinidad & Tobago) and supporting the regional Learning strategy across the Americas that will enable business growth by focusing on our most important asset, our people. The specialist in this role will support the design and execution of key global and regional strategic talent and learning initiatives and resources to promote critical organizational and professional growth. This person will have an opportunity to connect with stakeholders from multiple LATAM countries, identify local needs, drive regional talent efforts in LATAM, and ensure learning programs and opportunities are designed with the regional lens and delivered effectively.We are looking for a hands-on, inclusive and collaborative team player, who is passionate about people development and implementing regional and global programs.Job Responsibilities:Regional Talent Strategy and ExecutionExecute the Americas Talent vision across LATAM (e.g., performance management, talent assessments and reviews, succession planning, talent development, leadership model, and engagement)Identify LATAM-specific talent needs to drive employee growth and engagementCoordinate and partner with regional talent team to ensure alignment and synergy across initiativesLearning and DevelopmentCollaborate with Global Fugro Academy team to design, launch, and evaluate all course offerings for the region (leadership, business, and technical trainings)Conduct gap analyses and competency mapping to identify regional training needs (e.g., commercial and sales)Coordinate and track nominations, attendance, and communication for leadership programs and other Fugro Academy courses, partnering with relevant stakeholders and vendors as neededSupport Brazil-specific programs (U.Supervise Field/Office, Finance for Non-Finance, and future offerings )in partnership with local HR Partners and operations managersStakeholder Engagement and SupportEngage with LATAM stakeholders (i.e., LATAM Director, country managers, group leaders, HR Partners, etc.) to support talent initiatives, resources, timelines, and offeringsPartner with LATAM Director on talent initiatives (e.g., engagement survey data analysis, employee development, Talent Review, etc.)Culture and EngagementManage and expand, as needed, LATAM Welcome Day for new hires, partnering and supporting HR Partners as needed; maintain close communication with regional talent team to drive consistency and program changesPartner with HR Partners on interpreting Peakon Engagement Survey data and supporting action plansChampion inclusion culture-building efforts across LATAMCommunications and Operations SupportLead LATAM communication campaigns to promote our people processes and various other talent frontsProvide translation support for materials, communications and tools, as neededQualifications:Required5+ years of progressive experience in HR with strong proficiency in Talent Management and Learning & Development.Fluent in English language (speaking, reading, and writing)Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and leveraging data.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.PreferredMaster’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.Working knowledge of Spanish is a plus.Benefits:Health and Dental Plan (extended to dependents)Meal or Food AllowanceLife InsurancePrivate Pension PlanProfessional Development ProgramWhy Join Fugro?At Fugro, you’ll be part of a global team committed to innovation, sustainability, and creating a safe and liveable world.
