Task Order Manager / Financial Analyst The Task Order Manager (TOM) is responsible for work performance and all operational matters. The TOM or alternate, and DAI SME shall be available remotely between 0900 and 1500 EST daily, Monday through Friday except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons. The Task Order Manager shall attend the PM GWS meetings remotely, occurring once per week for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Responsibilities Spend Plan Management Financial Reporting and Data Reconciliation Funding Documents Audit Assistance Defense Agencies Initiative Procure to Pay Contract Lifecycle Management Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Qualifications Minimum of four years of government financial management experience. The Candidate must have a working familiarity with financial and business applications which currently include the following systems: Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), CERBERUS, Dormant Account Quarterly (DARQ), Microsoft Teams, ADVANA, Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), MyInvoice, and Electronic Document Access. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, and Power BI. Each contractor employee shall have a working knowledge of the acquisition PPBEA process and general characteristics of the Operation and Management Marine Corps (OMMC), Procurement Marine Corps (PMC), and Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E), National Guard and Reserve Equipment Appropriation (NGREA), and Spectrum Relocation Funds (SRF) appropriations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
