CELINA is seeking an experienced Tax & Compliance Analyst to lead corporate and international tax strategy, overseeing global payroll compliance, and ensuring the organization meets all tax and financial reporting obligations. This role provides strategic guidance to the finance team and senior leadership while managing compliance risks, optimizing tax positions, and improving processes. Ideally, the Tax & Compliance Analyst has a CPA with broad corporate tax experience, global payroll knowledge, and a proven track record in compliance and finance leadership. What You'll Do Tax Strategy & Compliance Lead corporate and international tax strategy to optimize CELINA’s global tax position Oversee federal, state, municipal, and international tax filings Manage compliance for global entities, including CFCs, foreign disregarded entities, and transfer pricing Oversee global indirect taxes (VAT/GST) Coordinate R&D credits, Section 174, and incentive programs Partner with CPA firms during audits, notices, and inquiries Global Payroll & Workforce Compliance Ensure compliance with U.S. and international payroll laws Oversee payroll tax reporting across multiple countries Partner with HR and Legal on labor, compensation, and statutory requirements Financial Reporting & Accounting Support month-end and year-end close activities Assist with preparing budgets, forecasts, and tax provisions Manage fixed assets, cost capitalization, and depreciation Leadership, Audit & Systems Lead process improvement and automation initiatives Serve as a key user for ERP (Acumatica), Avalara, and fixed asset systems Act as the main contact for tax, payroll, and compliance audits Support global projects including ERP upgrades, acquisitions, and expansion What You Will Bring Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred) CPA required Experience with global payroll compliance Proficiency with ERP and tax systems; advanced Excel Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills 7–10+ years of progressive experience in corporate or public accounting Strong expertise in federal, state, local, and international tax Key Competencies Deep tax & accounting expertise Strategic thinking with a global mindset Strong leadership and communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent process improvement abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines At CELINA , you’ll be part of a collaborative, innovative, and rapidly growing team where your expertise has a direct impact on our global operations.
