Key Responsibilities: Manage the preparation and review of federal and multi-state tax returns, focusing on real estate entities such as partnerships and S corporations. Identify and resolve complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations. Lead tax engagements from planning to completion, delegating tasks effectively across team members. Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services tailored to client needs and industry context. Serve as a primary contact for clients, building trust and delivering high-quality service. Supervise, mentor, and coach junior staff, supporting their development and performance. Support business development by identifying client opportunities and participating in proposal efforts. Utilize tax software and research platforms (CCH, TaxFyle, TruePrep, Genesis, Google, Microsoft Suite) to streamline workflow and ensure technical accuracy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA certification Additional Information: The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 annually, based on skills and experience.
