Job Title: Tax Analyst

Location: Juno Beach, FL - Onsite

Job Description:

• Under general direction, this positon is responsible for the more complex projects associated with the maintenance of tax records and the preparation of all or specifically assigned tax returns, complex separate company corporate income tax and partnership tax returns and consolidated tax returns and related reports.
• Assists in developing tax structures and strategies that defer, minimize, or eliminate foreign and U.S. taxes on existing and prospective company investments.
• Will be responsible for monitoring all tax compliance activities and exposures, including tax return preparation and reporting, and the status of local audits and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Responsible for conducting financial and economic analyses, developing and preparing the organization's financial plans and budgets, and interpreting financial reports and tax returns.
• Position may provide functional advice or training to less-experienced tax accountants.
• This position requires 6 + years of experience in Tax and a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related. Designation as a CPA is preferred
• The candidate would be preparing short period partnership income tax returns, and ideally would have Corptax software experience.
