Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple client engagements across diverse industries, managing budgets effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and high-quality work.
• Exercise independent judgment in assessing engagement risks, selecting appropriate audit procedures, and evaluating evidence.
• Review audit reports, disclosures, and work-papers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Compile financial information using audit software, managing firm risk on audits and proposals.
• Evaluate client internal controls, execute engagement plans, and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise, train, and mentor audit teams, fostering career development and internal growth.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of audit experience, with a strong preference for public accounting.
• B.A. in Accounting or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in US GAAP, GAAS, SEC reporting, and ERISA.
• Proven ability to build and maintain profitable client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365; knowledge of ProSystems Engagement preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
