We build long-term professional homes.The Role:As a Tax CPA, you will join our Tax Department, oversee all tax work, and act as a trusted advisor to private companies, business owners, and domestic & international high-net-worth clients.You’ll combine technical expertise, strategy, and leadership—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across all tax operations.What You’ll Do:

- Review and oversee all tax operations
- Review and finalize business, individual, and trust returns (including amendments)
- Provide strategic tax planning and forecasting
- Ensure 100% accuracy, compliance, and quality control
- Partner with executives and sophisticated clients
- Active CPA license
- 8+ years of professional tax experience
- Strong background in business, individual, and trust taxation
- Experience with amendments and tax strategy
- Tech-savvy mindset (systems, Excel, modern tax software)
- Confident communicator and team leader
