This is a permanent . The firm offers great flexibility on hours and telecommuting, as well as numerous benefits.Duties include:- Supervise, train and mobilize the tax team under your responsibility;- Actively participate in mandate planning and make recommendations on staffing needs;- Offer clients value-added solutions tailored to their strategic objectives and organizational context;- Participate in the presentation of work results and ensure that they meet customer expectations and needs;- Act as designated quality controller for certain projects;- In collaboration with the associate, establish budgets and prepare service offers;- Analyze work in progress and participate in customer billing;- Identify internal training needs and participate in the development and dissemination of content;- Participate in team member performance appraisals based on the firm's competency grids. Your profile - Minimum 8 years' experience in taxation, including at least 3 years as a Tax Manager;- Master's degree in taxation (required)- Strong team management skills;- Strong oral and written communication skills in French;- Knowledge of Taxprep software (an asset);- CPA professional designation (an asset) Other openings that may pick your interest
