Overview As a Tax Innovation & Delivery Experience – Data Engineering – Manager, you will design and build data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will focus on developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions. As a manager, you will lead teams, manage client accounts, and mentor junior staff to deliver quality work while maintaining high standards. Responsibilities Design and develop data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis. Implement data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions to convert raw data into actionable insights. Utilize Azure Data Factory and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform for scalable data engineering solutions. Develop data architecture and modeling strategies to support business growth and informed decision‑making. Manage database administration and optimization to enhance data quality and performance. Apply database security best practices to safeguard data integrity and compliance. Lead teams in strategic planning and execution of data‑driven initiatives. Coach and mentor team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes. Analyze system components to identify linkages and interactions for improved data solutions. Encourage innovation and embrace technology to enhance delivery and client service expectations. What You Must Have At least a bachelor's degree. At least 4years of experience in a related field. What Sets You Apart Preference for studies in Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematical Statistics. Excel in data architecture development and data integration. Experience utilizing Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Azure Databricks. Implement and optimize data pipelines and data warehouses. Apply data anonymization and data security best practices. Lead teams in agile scalability and strategic questioning. Mentor others in data engineering platforms and tools. Travel Requirements Up to 20% travel may be required. Compensation Salary range: $99,000 – $266,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
