Responsibilities:

• Tax Expertise: Prepare and review complex estate, gift, fiduciary, corporate, pass-through entity, and individual tax returns.
• Client Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and advice.
• Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of trust taxation, fiduciary accounting, and estate planning concepts.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• Business Development: Contribute to firm growth through networking, client acquisition, and project management.

• CPA: Current and valid CPA license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience in trusts and estates, with a proven track record of success.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of trust taxation, fiduciary accounting, estate planning, and corporate/individual taxation.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
