• CPA designation.
• 5+ years of progressive experience with High Net Worth (HNW) clients, with assets ranging from $50 million to $300 million.
• Experience working in a mid-market public accounting firm

Job Responsibilities:

• Tax Review: Conduct 100% review of tax returns for:
  • Individuals (1040)
  • Trusts (1041 and 5227)
  • Partnerships (1065)
  • Gift (709)
  • Charitable Organizations (990-PF)
  • S-Corps and C-Corps (1120)
• Client Consulting: Provide consulting, planning, and tax-saving strategies for HNW clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong client relationships by delivering high-quality service that exceeds expectations.
• Tax Minimization Strategies: Identify opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and offer additional services to clients.
• Team Management: Assist in managing, training, and developing junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (MST preferred).
• CPA License is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience with High Net Worth individuals or family offices, managing assets between $50 million and $300 million.
• Experience from a public accounting firm such as Big 4, Forvis, or Andersen Tax.
