4.15 is done.

You’ve closed the laptop. Maybe had a drink. Hopefully had a proper night’s sleep.

And at some point, probably today, the thought’s crept in:

“Do I really want to do that all over again next year?”

They wait a few weeks. Drift into May. Then suddenly everyone’s looking at the same roles, talking to the same firms, having the same conversations.

Don’t wait for that.

Fiercely independent. No PE money floating around. Which, funnily enough, is exactly why they’ve been winning work off the back of it.

They’re now hiring a Tax Manager.

It’s generalist work with proper variety. The kind that keeps things interesting without turning you into the “one return type” person.

Hours are reasonable. Busy season is still busy. Just not ridiculous.

You’ll probably be an experienced Tax Manager with 5+ years in public accounting. If you’re not quite there yet, still apply. You won’t be dismissed.
