🚨 Hiring: Tax Manager (CPA) | Small Firm | Mineola, NY (Onsite)

We’re working with a well-established CPA firm in Mineola, NY that is looking to bring on a Tax Manager to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, small firm environment and enjoys both technical work and team leadership.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and mentor staff

• Review tax returns and workpapers

• Prepare complex tax returns (LLCs, S & C Corps, trusts, exempt orgs, individuals, multi-state)

• Support compilations and reviews

What they’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations

• Experience with sales & payroll tax

• Small firm background preferred

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Lacerte, and MS Office

• CPA preferred

💼 Compensation: $140K – $175K + benefits (401k, health, PTO)
