We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a well-established and growing public accounting firm undergoing modernization and operational transformation.

This is a leadership-focused role—not just a review position. The Tax Manager will act as a technical expert, client advisor, and team leader, with direct influence on client service, team development, and internal process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage complex tax returns (multi-entity business and high-net-worth individuals)
• Provide tax planning, advisory, and risk identification
• Serve as a key client relationship manager
• Mentor and develop staff and senior accountants
• Improve workflow efficiency and support operational enhancements

• Qualifications

  
  

  • 10+ years of public accounting experience
  • Strong experience with business taxation and multi-entity returns
  • CPA or actively pursuing CPA
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Experience with tax systems such as UltraTax and Accounting CS required.
