This firm offers a good work life balance along with opportunity to advance, great culture, year-end bonus and summer Fridays!Responsibilities include:* Preparation/review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns* Preparation/review of high-net-worth individual returns* Review of C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns* Review of complex individual returns* Will research and draft memorandum involving tax matters* Identify tax planning opportunities* Handle and resolve tax controversies* Training and supervision of staffRequirements* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting * CPA* 5+ years of public accounting tax experience for mainly corporations and Partnerships; Individual tax experience is a big plus* Prior experience in managing and leading teams, demonstrating effective leadership abilities* Proficient project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently* Outstanding collaboration, communication, organization, and analytical skillsJob TypeDirect HireCompensation150000 - $180000
