The proactive, independent thinker we seek will be responsible for the in-depth review of complex business and individual tax returns as well as maintaining client relationships. This individual must also be adept at independent research requiring the ability to effectively communicate findings and conclusions, both verbally and in writing. Corresponding with government agencies as well as consulting with clients on tax issues while providing innovative solutions are key responsibilities. This individual will also mentor and develop less experienced tax staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, or equivalent coursework and possess at least 7+ years of progressive tax experience with at least a couple years of experience reviewing tax returns. Solid client service, communication and presentation skills, the capacity to research advanced tax issues, a confident demeanor and the ability to work well independently and collaboratively are vital.
