You’ll work with a broad mix of clients from local family-run businesses to multi-million-dollar companies, estates, trusts, and nonprofits. There’s enough variety to keep things interesting, and while you’ll stay well-rounded, there’s also room to lean into your strengths or build a niche over time. Day to day, you’ll be reviewing returns for businesses, individuals, and trusts, supporting junior staff, communicating directly with clients, and working with small business owners to review and adjust their books. You’ll be trusted to manage relationships, solve problems, and play a visible role on the team. They encourage collaboration in the office but offer hybrid flexibility, and if you're still working toward your CPA, they’ll support you there too. Whether you're coming from a larger firm and craving more autonomy, or from a smaller firm and looking for more technical challenge this offers both.
