Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional technical competency in real estate partnership, corporate, fiduciary, and high net worth individual tax.
• Client Service: Provide expert advice and guidance to high-net-worth clients and their entities.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop staff, ensuring their professional growth.
• Business Development: Contribute to firm growth through client acquisition and relationship management.

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in public accounting, specializing in real estate and high net worth tax.
• Certifications: CPA required; JD or Master's in taxation preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of California and multi-state tax rules, tax software, and tax research.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
